Design By Em was born in 2021 after several friends started new businesses and asked me to design logos and other marketing materials for them. 

I am a teacher by trade, and I discovered a skill and passion for graphic design and web development through my job, teaching digital technologies at the local secondary school. I have since completed many projects for clients and particularly love supporting local businesses to share their products and services more effectively. 

I love the beach and spending time with my family and friends. I also love learning new things and that's one of the things I love most about working on projects through my business, I'm continually learning new things as technology and clients needs evolve!
